I began my dance journey when I came to Purdue. I remember trying out for the team and somehow being selected. I had never imagined how dance will become a passion and a year down the line I will be leading the team as a captain. Purdue Indian Dance Club (PIDC) was an integral part of my college experience. 

It was through my involvement with PIDC that I got exposed to Desi Dance Network (DDN). I got accepted as a DDN Ambassador in 2016 and continue to serve the organization where I get to meet new people who share the passion of dancing and make new friends.

After graduation, I co-founded an independent team called Junoon with my friend Jyotsna Uttamchandani at Purdue and continued dancing. 

I know if I can dance, anybody can dance!
